All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre, De Pakkettenfabriek. We aim to process your order within 24 hours on working days.
Within the Netherlands, your parcel will usually be delivered the next working day after it has left our warehouse. You will receive a track & trace link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note: Once your order has left the warehouse, the further delivery process is in the hands of the carrier. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this, so please bear in mind that in exceptional cases it may take a little longer.
Retouren
We hope you are delighted with your order, but if it is not quite what you expected (too big, too small, not your colour or simply not a match made in heaven), you can easily return your item.

How does it work?

You choose your own shipping method, so you decide what you pay.
Send your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once we have received and approved your return, you will receive your refund via the same payment method you used to pay.
Please note:
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, without stains or odours, and with labels attached.
We do not offer a free return label; you choose which transport company you use to return your item.
